Compression is a high-volume, high-pressure molding method where a rubber product is vulcanized with a compression mold by a compression vulcanizer. The raw material is a gel-like clear silicone rubber which should be evenly mixed with a vulcanization agent and colorant with a mixing machine before production and then cut into strips. The strips will then be compressed by the vulcanizer with preset pressure at a specific temperature. After an optimal cure time, our operators will form the materials into the products of the desired shape and will then demold them.
